Summary
An experienced, generalist HR Consultant and Business support. I work with small businesses who want to professionalise their HR processes and introduce structure, guidance and policy. I enable company owners to work ‘on’ their business, and free them from the day-to-day administration of working ‘in’ the business; giving them the space and time to create and concentrate on sales, clients and customers, and employees.
After an HR ‘health check’, I will manage the migration from your manual system to a cost-effective online HRIS, enabling a more efficient recording of absence, sickness, annual leave and appraisals. I will manage the administration of your employee lifecycle: from new-starter on-boarding, reference checks and inductions. I’ll help you focus on employee retention and growth, learning and development, through to managing the leaver process, off-boarding and exit interviews.
With an emphasis on employee wellbeing – more relevant than ever at this time - I will be an independent sounding board for your employees, manage employee polls around motivation and engagement, and deliver improvements through appropriate and considered employee benefits.
I will issue contracts and on-going updates and changes to roles; maintain an up-to-date Employee Handbook, and regularly update company Policies and Procedures.
