TEAM EFFECTIVENESS PROJECT includes:
The AEM-cube Profiling - Self-assessment and Feedback (each 10 minutes to complete online) Individual Coaching session ( face-to-face)
Team coaching session (face-to-face)
Consultation on using human potential to meet team/business challenges
The AEM-cube is a non-judgemental tool, which:
provides a unique analysis on performance, and illuminate performance contribution
addresses both organisational development and individual management
adds a useful new concept of diversity, and further shows why this is critical to team performance
indicates the predictable shape of change in the organisation
The data can be used for team building, project development, succession planning, full scale OD.

Special Offer: £750 per person until Mon 20 Jan 2014
Normal Fees: £1050 per person including Individual and Feedback profiling, two reports, personal 1:1 coaching session (2 hour).
Team coaching session and consultation- hourly or daily rates, based on time.
