I work as a coach, facilitator and learning & development consultant based in London. I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential.
As a coach, I place an emphasis on continuous learning and personal growth, providing support and challenge to create a coaching relationship based on trust and psychological safety.
I help clients to explore challenges from new perspectives and leverage their personal experience, skills and networks to navigate complex issues and identify their own solutions.
As a qualified Executive Coach, I work with leaders and professionals at all levels within client organisations.

How I coach
My role in the coaching relationship is to act as a sounding board and independent partner, creating a safe space for you to explore your thinking, navigate obstacles and make decisions. Clients describe me as calm, open-minded, with a warm but professional nature.
I offer coaching in person, virtually and I also work with clients outdoors. If this sounds of interest to you, explore my walking and coaching programmes.
Typically, we will meet every three to four weeks over a six month period however more focused programmes over a shorter duration can be provided, depending on your goals.
Learning for your Organisation
As a Learning Consultant, I create learning solutions that focus on the achievement of commercial objectives and business performance. I believe this makes learning meaningful for individuals, enabling them to develop and apply new skills and behaviours in their roles.
I am experienced in conducting learning needs analysis, putting both the learner and the organisation at the heart of design. I have led large-scale global programmes, experiential learning interventions and bespoke workshops in virtual, in-person and hybrid environments. I am experienced in delivering and facilitating internationally across diverse cultures.
My Background
I have worked across a variety of roles in Human Resources and Compliance, focusing on professional and leadership development.
As an experienced talent and learning professional, over the past twenty years I have led, facilitated and supported the development of leaders and managers, graduates, professionals and high-potential talent across financial services and infrastructure services sectors.
