Summary
I am a Person-Centred counsellor and psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). My experience is in face to face therapy, working with a wide range of client presentations with adult clients (16+). My training includes BSC Psychology and counselling and an MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy- both degrees taught at the University of Roehampton. A Person-centred and phenomenological framework influences the main-base of my approach and concepts from Psychodynamic therapy and CBT are integrated to improve flexibility and to help form a tailored approach to each individual client.
I have worked in organisational settings as well as being an associate counsellor in a college environment working with students. Currently, I am working with ARC counselling in Wokingham and run my private practice in Mayfair, London, and Woking, Surrey.
