Summary
After 25 years employment working for the high street banks in the Financial Service industry I have decided to use my expertise with the Charles Derby brokerage firm. Most of my experience has been gained in London and Canary Wharf but in 2014 I moved back to my native North West. I am available to see clients from the Liverpool up to the Preston area.
My real passion is Protection. Many know they need it but they do not want to think about it. And whilst most can afford what tend to be surprisingly modest premiums for what it will provide in the event something goes wrong, it really does seem a minefield to get it sorted. And so in a professional, focussed and efficient way I walk clients through this minefield and recommend what they need after which we establish, from that, what is affordable and able to be accurately underwrite. I also have a wealth of experience with the mortgage market, access to the whole of that market to provide solutions and the personable 'hands on' approach to help you get the home you want in an affordable and sustainable way.
