We are an Independent Franchise of O2 operating across Greater Manchester and the North West. We currently have 6 stores situated in Hyde, Middleton, Sale, Stretford, Thornton- Cleveleys and Wilmslow. We also have a Business Contact Centre based in Oldham which is our dedicated desk based account management team and field Business sales Team.Our dedicated Business team look after our customers from the start of their O2 journey with the sale of our products right through to the account management stage, where our customers are personally supported by a dedicated member of our account management team, to ensure you are getting the full use of all O2’s products and services, which come free of charge with all our tariffs.
We have a free technical support team that look after your business requirements throughout the contract. We will visit our customers upon request to advise how you can get the best from your O2 business solution to ensure you are always as productive as possible, by eliminating the downtime and any technological challenges your business may face / have.
We will look at different ways our services can have a positive impact on your business, whether it be cutting the cost of your monthly bill, reducing employee downtime or linking your emails to the company’s I.T services.
Our desk based account managers are based in Oldham, which gives our customers a sense of locality.
They are in as much or as little contact with you as you like to make sure your time with us as positive and productive as possible. They are continually doing account reviews, bill checks and chasing up any queries you may have about your services with us.
