What is the fact find/ healthcheck ?-
I will spend up to a day with your leadership team one on one, on site, digging in to objectives, issues, themes, challenges and culture. From this I will then compile a report that will outline the key top themes that have emerged across your leadership team and some proposals for how the business can solve them. I present the report in person back to the ELT/ board.
Costs cover travel expenses and the report presentation. (usual cost for a fact find is £2750)
I will look in to the true business costs, productivity, team alignment, strategy, goals, systems, sales and product market fit (highlevel) - players on the pitch, your economic engine, culture and team, strategy, opportunity for growth, systems and tech, communication structures.
