I've been listening to the Tedx Talc 'The Art of Asking the Right Questions' by Caroline Reidy.

She reflects on a her grandfather's profound saying;

"You need three bones to enjoy the journey of life
You need a wishbone to dream your dreams
You need a backbone to work hard and make it happen, and
You need a funny bone to enjoy the lighter side of life"

She then asks the questions;

Are you working hard to make your dream reality or are you just busy being busy ?

Are you enjoying the lighter side of life and having fun and enjoying your life?

With the new year coming this is the time to reflect on these questions and start thinking about the changes that you may want to make to enjoy life the way that you want life to be.
