Been there, had that thought before!
Why do we use our results against us…?!
Results can speak to us in a way where we actively feed our brain evidence of our lack. Shooting ourselves in each foot - one for not achieving the desired result and then one for beating ourselves up for not achieving the result!
I know you know we get to decide the meaning we give our results.
So how about trying on this thinking (mantra even)…
I am on track.
I am right on track.
I believe I am on track.
I believe I am right on track.
What if…
Nothing has gone wrong.
Nothing is broken.
The discomfort feeling is part of the growth process.
I just keep showing up as ME, sharing value anyway.
I practiced this over and over, this is one way HOW I elevated my self-belief.
AND the results come!
It takes work, but it works.
