When we compare ourselves to other people, most of us automatically go into default mode and compare our weaknesses with other people's strengths!
Think about it. How often have you ever thought or even voiced aloud, "She's so much better at it than I am." And of course the more you think it, the more you say it, the more it nibbles away at your self-belief.
