Unpopular opinion (or an opinion people are too afraid to admit they have)...
Employers are right to reject AI job applications.

In HR, aside from assessing the skills and experience of candidates, we are also interested in what makes a person unique, their interests and values.

If the application looks like its written by a robot, I'm not sure what psychometrics the person will bring to an interview.

I'm all for reasonable adjustments for people who can't apply the traditional way, but there WAS a way before AI.
