It is International Coaching Week this week and there has been a celebration and sharing of stories of human experiences of how working with a coach has helped individuals in moving forward when feeling trapped, getting closer to living to their values, breaking and finding new habits, or enjoying more of what they already have.
If you are unfamiliar with Coaching, put simply, it is about learning, growth and development through increasing self-awareness, being truly heard, and taking whatever action is needed from that to achieve what you contract with your coach to work towards. It is so much more than that but I want to keep it simple. It is impactful in recognising and enacting our full potential in life and work, as much or as little as we choose to do, and in our own timescale.
If you would like to know more about coaching but have been hesitant to enquire, why not use this week to start the process of enquiry in three simple steps:
1. Ask for some initial information.
2. If interested, book in for a free initial chat (chemistry session).
3. Reflect and decide.
Every change starts with curiosity.
