I'm glad I decided to take a professional coaching qualification with OPTIMUS COACH ACADEMY . I've covered a whole lot of tools that will definitely help my coaching. Some topics like Transactional Analysis I didn't know about. Now I do I intend to take further training on the subject. These subjects have taught me how people tick at an unconscious level. Like they say you don't know what you don't know. And revealing these unconscious actions for clients is what makes real change.
The course has opened my eyes as to what I can do with coaching. I've received feedback from sessions to improve my coaching and I work to a code of ethics, All this brings a better experience for my clients,
