    Headed up Leadership and Talent Development and Coaching at DWF. Providing challenging and supportive programmes for high potential and high performing individuals from the Associate, Partner and Executive populations. I Coached Partners and managed and delivered the DWF Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring programmes working with external coaches and internal mentors.

     

    Create, managed and eveloved DWF's bespoke Leadership and Talent Development programme which was aimed at supporting career aspirations and Firm requirements for all levels of Partnership and Associateship and was recognised by both HR Excellence Awards and Law Society Awards as being leading edge

     

    Created new DWF career paths for entry into partnerships to maximise and reward individual contribution

     

    Created and managed the DWF assessment process to measure candidate readiness for progression matched to Practice Group and Firm requirements.

     

    Established a learning and development function to provide executive coaching and development; management, leadership and behavioural skills development; business development and client management training; and ensure all legal and technical CPD requirements were met.

    Created and managed creation of a of a bespoke talent and succession management programme aimed at supporting career aspirations and Firm requirements for all levels of Partnership and Associateship linked to bespoke competencies and providing bespoke development plans.

    Co-designed and developed an Executive leadership development programme with Cranfield School of Management.

    Coached Partners, Directors and individuals to enhance performance.

    Established and developed a training and development function, recruiting and managing a training team comprising 3 operational trainers (on-the–job training), new product and projects officer, management development and behavioural skills consultant and a sales training consultant,

    Delivered 1080 man days of training in 6-months.

    Designed and managed online development portal.

    Managed the implementation of an NVQ programme, the introduction of the Learning Resource Library and the introduction of a work-based trainer programme to support and compliment company-wide initiatives.

    The Caudwell Group was the parent company for Phones 4U and other mobile phone and insurance organisations.

    Policy Administration Services limited (Now the Lifestyles Services Group) was the UK’s No.1 Mobile Phone Insurance Administrator with a customer base circa 1 million. P.A.S. administered mobile phone, Identity theft, Car and home insurance for Barclays, BT, Phones 4U, Tesco, Independent retailers and MBNA.

The company have developed a strong reputation nationally and internationally for their innovative, groundbreaking, visually stunning, and thought provoking physical theatre work, which is communicative and highly accessible.

 

The company have produced six successful productions, the trilogy (Tmesis, Memento Mori, and Anima), The Dreadful Hours, That's Amore and Happy Hour.  All of which have toured nationally and internationally to critical and popular acclaim. Productions can be booked individually or combined.

 

The company has a commitment to widening access to physical theatre through its education and audience development and runs an annual International Physical Theatre Festival, Physical Fest as well as an associated outreach programme.
