I am a psychotherapist recently accredited by the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (BABCP). The accreditation requires the references of two professionally accredited CBT therapists as well as a long and complete portfolio of clinical and lective hours. The accreditation is competitive and regular updates of professional training are necessary. I studied psychology, adult nursing and science at master's level. I am a 'scientific' therapist in the sense that I give scales importance to show clients their own progress apart from their own emotional self-reported well being and improvement. I am an artist and I thought of developing a CBT practice that takes onto account any art form the client wants to apply.

I am based in Fulham/Earl's Court, but I am happy to travel around London.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and art of various forms. I treat emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety (including social and general anxiety disorders), low self-esteem, anger control, Copulsive Obssessive Disorder (OCD), Post traumatic disorder (PTSD).
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with formal training at the OCTC, Oxford University. The basic model is that of A.Beck which promotes psychotherapists to help patients to find their own way to mental healing. I add also an art form of the interest of clients if they want. For instance, drama, music, painting or others such as flower arranging, or creating a business from scratch which in my opinion is also an art.
