I have practical experience of implementing organisational, process and system changes within SME and across multiple countries for a global business. Upon leaving a successful career at IBM in international marketing and change management I joined a SME Retail & Distribution business (employing 85 people) called JEGS as Managing Director which I had to rescue, rebuild and grow after it had been destroyed by a devestating fire making headlines news on BBC South East.
By introducing organisational, process and system changes I led the business to record turnover, profits and delivered an industry award-winning customer experience. I then successfully sold the business in a difficult retail trading environment.
As I have been in the shoes of business leaders implementing change I have an empathetic and practical approch.
