I have 20 years business leadership experience in Corporate and SMEs in change management, business transformation, procurement, marketing and sales in the technology, FMCG, Retail & Distribution sectors.

I had a successful career at IBM in international marketing and change management before joining JEGS as Managing Director, a family business employing 85 staff, which had been destroyed by a devestating fire making headlines news on BBC South East. 

My mission was to rescue, rebuild and grow the business. By introducing organisational, process and system changes I led the business to record turnover, profits and delivered an industry award-winning customer experience. I then successfully sold the business in a difficult retail trading environment.

I am looking to work with or for  businesses who are trying to implement change across the business or specifically in marketing and not sure how to do it.
