    Coming from a highly experienced background in Marketing and Innovation I blend management consulting with performance coaching and business advisory services. With deep business knowledge and understanding coming from over three decades working directly with entrepreneurs and business leaders in the SME space, my clients benefit from my pragmatic, common sense and straight talking approach. As a current entrepreneur and business owner I not only 'talk the talk' but can also 'walk the walk'. I don't offer coaching from 'theory' or consulting from a 'corporate perspective'. My approach is founded in entrepreneurship and practised daily for over 30 years in the small to medium enterprise space. It's true knowledge with 'sleeves rolled up' experiences. I've launched £multi-million ventures, helped to raise £millions for clients and grown (through marketing) businesses in different sectors. I specialise in working with clients on Vision, Business Strategy, Go To Market Strategies, Roadmap Planning - all leading to Revenue Growth. My context for working with clients is 'Clarify - Simplify - Multiply'. I always aim to use clean simple everyday language and don't indulge in 'bullshit bingo'. I like to get on with the project and help my clients achieve growth, through developing existing opportunities or identifying new ones. I connect the dots pretty quickly and assimilate complex information precisely. I always look for the straightest line between your two crictical points - a) where you are today... and b) where you are aiming to get to.... I believe most business people (including many coaches and consultants) make business more complex than is necessary. I follow the Steve Jobs philosophy which is about getting your thinking clean, so you can move mountains - and the notion of 'simplicity being the ultimate sophistication'. Of course, to do that you have to really know your stuff... I've spent 30 years being in and around entrepreneurs and SME businesses on a daily basis and my appetite for learning and developing my skills is totally undiminished. The next 30 years are going to be exponential and I hope to meet you and help you on your business journey if I can.

    In conclusion...

    Peter Drucker said, "Because the purpose of business is to create a customer, the business enterprise has two--and only two--basic functions: marketing and innovation. Marketing and innovation produce results; all the rest are costs. Marketing is the distinguishing, unique function of the business."

    (And until you've written 39 books on business management you can't argue with Drucker)


    Fortunately and by chance 'marketing and innovation' are two areas that I excel in - and my approach to working with all my clients is always focused on driving revenue growth. 

    Because business is simple. And without revenue there isn't much you can do...


    Eric Schmidt from Google said it best when he said.... "revenue solves all known problems" it’s the one metric that PMs and execs can’t game.


    Keep the main thing the main thing... 

    And keep it simple.
