A simple tip to improve your self-belief.

 Show Interest
Whatever you believe you are good at, you will always find someone else who is better than you if you look hard enough.

But that is not the biggest block to improving your self-belief. The way to really sabotage it is to do what most of us always seem to do.

When we compare ourselves to other people, most of us automatically go into default mode and compare our weaknesses with other people's strengths!

Think about it. How often have you ever thought or even voiced aloud, "She's so much better at it than I am" or "He's really excellent at it compared to me." And of course the more you think it, the more you say it, the more it nibbles away at your self-belief.

The simple solution? Avoid the big "C" - stop comparing yourself to others and avoid negative self talk. #selfbelief #attitude #careermanagement #personaldevelopment #careerguidance #careeradvice
